Order processing

Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 2–4 business days after successful payment. Processing can take longer during launches, holidays or other high-volume periods.

Shipping charges and delivery

Available delivery options, shipping charges and delivery estimates are shown at Shopify Checkout before you complete payment. Delivery timelines begin after dispatch and depend on your delivery location and the courier.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we send it to the email address used at checkout after dispatch. Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate.

Delivery issues

If a shipment is delayed, damaged in transit, or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, contact us promptly and we will help investigate with the delivery partner.
